Return & Exchange Policy
We know that you are going to love our top knotch hair! However, under rare circumstances, we have specific measures in place to secure your trust in our company should you decide to return it. Currently, due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, we are not accepting any returns in effort to protect the safety of our top knotch babes. We hope you understand and trust that we believe in protecting our clients and our team during this time. For future reference upon the clearance of the Covid 19 virus, please refer to the guidance below.
Policy Upon Covid 19 Virus Clearance
Our policy indicates all returns must be in transit within 15 days of the customer receiving their product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition/packaging that you received it. For exchanges, all items must be in transit within 30 days of the customer receiving their product. We only replace items if they are damaged upon arrival.
For returning/exchanging your items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
